David joined the platoon in the later part of 1969. Upon entering the platoon he took over the M-60 Machine gun from Greg Mannarelli.
David passed away from complications of Agent Orange in 1999. Surviving him was his wife Tina and 3 daughters. David is buried at Evergreen Burial Park in New Philadelphia, Ohio.
David was well liked and respected by all the guys in the platoon.
